All social media activities must comply with the Dogs Victoria Social Media Code of Conduct, which emphasizes:

- Avoidance of malicious, misleading, or unfair content
- Adherence to legal standards, including defamation and anti-discrimination laws.
Violations may lead to disciplinary action as outlined by Dogs Victoria.
3.2 Representation of GRCV
When posting on behalf of GRCV:
- Ensure content reflects the Club’s mission and values.
- Refrain from expressing personal opinions as official Club positions.
- Avoid discussing confidential or sensitive Club matters publicly.
3.3 Personal Social Media Use
Members are encouraged to:
- Clearly distinguish personal opinions from official Club statements.
- Refrain from sharing confidential Club information.
